Cornwall RLFC announce impressive ticket landmark for the second home game in a row

Cornwall are the newest club around and are already making waves.

Earlier today, they announced the signing of four players on loan from Leeds Rhinos in the shape of Oli Field, Joe Gibbons, Joe Hird and MacKenzie Turner. The quartet will join the club on a two-week loan and could be in line to face Rochdale tomorrow and Hunslet back in Leeds next week as they get some minutes under their belts to boost their development.

So, on the field Cornwall are doing the right things in terms of bringing in players but they are also doing so off the field and announced today that for the second consecutive home game they’ve sold out the seating portion of the stadium meaning only standing tickets remain which start from Β£5.

It’s a big boost for the club who are looking to expand to game to a new audience down south and appear to be doing very well in the endeavour.

Another solid crowd then is expected for the game against Rochdale on Sunday and the presence of their new loan signings could see a number of Leeds Rhinos fans show up when they take on Hunslet next week.
