Wigan Warriors host Salford Red Devils on Friday night as both sides look to build on tight wins.
Wigan edged out Huddersfield 14-12 in a game that was reminiscent of their Challenge Cup final victory over the same foe back in May.
As for Salford they were taken deep by a resurgent Wakefield who forced the game to golden point, in which Marc Sneyd sealed the two points for the Red Devils as they ran out 14-13 winners.
The winning form adds extra spice to this game in which there are plenty of crossovers between the squads.
Matt Peet has opted to not make a change to his winning side, naming the same 21-man squad as he did for the win over Huddersfield.
Meanwhile Paul Rowley has been boosted by the return of Joe Burgess who will no doubt relish playing against his former club.
LATEST NEWS
Salford have struggled with injuries, naming just a 19-man squad in round four, however they’re back to 21 for this week and Danny Addy features again having impressed against Trinity.
The return of Burgess is the only real boost as Oliver Partington still remains out having impressed massively since his move to the Red Devils.
