WATCH: Should this have been a yellow or red card?

Warrington’s thrashing of Leigh had just about everything.

But one major talking point happened in the fifth minute when Sitaleki Akauola carried the ball with incredible gumption towards the Leigh line.

Tyrone McCarthy was in the firing line with the collision reverberating around the Halliwell Jones Stadium.

Akauola appeared to turn his shoulder into the tackle, with McCarthy sent flying to the floor with an obvious concussion.

But, should the Warrington forward have been penalised? A defender cannot turn the shoulder into an attacking player, but Akauola – as an attacker – did not receive any sanction.
