Warrington Wolves vs Salford Red Devils: Kick-off time, TV channel and predicted line-ups

Warrington and Salford may be level on points but there are very different feelings around both clubs.

The Wolves already appear to be looking at 2023 and Daryl Powell’s rebuild whilst things feel very positive at Salford after they put 70 on Wakefield last week.

Both have a whiff of play-off rugby nonetheless, thus a win would be priceless for either side.

Kick-off time and TV channel

The game kicks off at 15:00.

There is no live Tv coverage of the game but BBC will show highlights on the Super League Show.

Predicted Line-ups

Warrington Wolves
Warrington could have handed out three debuts with Jake Wardle, Matty Nicholson and Greg Minikn all in the squad. One of Wardle and Minikin will definitely play with Matty Ashton injured leaving a spot in the back open. There should also be a spot on the bench free but Nicholson won’t take it having scored for the reserves yesterday. The spot left vacant by the injured Joe Philbin will subsequently go to the likes of Joe Bullock or Jason Clark.

Salford Red Devils
Salford may only have been able to name a 19-man squad but it might not matter with 16 of last week’s 17 in the squad. So, the only change could be either Greg Burke or Matt Costello replacing the suspended Elijah Taylor. Former Wolf Sitaleki Akauola will feature at 13 if Paul Rowley keeps the side the same.
