Wakefield v Huddersfield: Predicted line-ups and late injury news

After a slow start to the season, Wakefield claimed their first win of the campaign last week. Today they host West Yorkshire rivals Huddersfield. Can Trinity make it back-to-back wins or will the Giants win their fourth league game in a row?

The good news for Trinity is the return of Kyle Wood. The former Giant is back in the squad following injury and should give their spine a more seasoned look. Apart from his return, I believe Chris Chester will keep things the same. He won’t want to mess with a winning formula.

As for the Giants, they’ll be without Luke Yates following suspension so Jack Ashworth may be recalled. Huddersfield could also bolster their pack through the inclusion of Joe Wardle. The second-row is back in the squad following a hamstring problem and could join his brother Jake in the side.
