Salford v Hull FC: Predicted line-ups and late injury news

After differing Round 1 results, Salford Red Devils butt heads with Hull FC today at the Totally Wicked Stadium. Hull will be looking to back up their impressive win over Huddersfield. Meanwhile, Salford are looking to claim their first win of the season following defeat to St Helens.

Salford have their fair share of injuries. Joe Burgess, Greg Burke and Oliver Roberts are all still out. Darcy Lussick and Morgan Escare will continue to wait to make their debuts for the Reds. I imagine their line-up will be relatively unchanged.

Hull FC have one new injury concern. Josh Bowden will be absent due to concussion protocols. Jack Brown and Masi Matongo will also miss out with persisting problems. Brett Hodgson also has a selection headache at loose-forward. This week he praised Jordan Lane who started at 13 against the Giants. However, Joe Cator earned rave reviews for his display off the bench last time out. Could he be rewarded with a start?
