Love Rugby League have said in their gossip column that St Helens had been interested in Hull KR halfback Jordan Abdull.
However, that apparently came to nought as Abdull went ahead and signed a three-year deal to remain with the Humberside club back in May.
Of course, with the imminent departure of Theo Fages to Huddersfield, Saints are having to rebuild, but Abdull will not be one of those joining.
