Is this Rangi Chase assist the greatest in rugby league history?

He was known for regularly producing magic, but former Super League star Rangi Chase wowed the world when playing for Salford back in 2015.

After moving to the UK to join Castleford Tigers ahead of the 2009 season, halfback Chase made a name for himself for the West Yorkshire club, winning the Man of Steel in 2011.

A move to Salford came about at the end of 2014 and though the Kiwi didn’t hit the heights he reached at Castleford, Chase was still capable of producing the goods.

Perhaps nothing better has been seen on a rugby league field than Chase articulating a hop, skip and a jump across the line and then flicking an incredible pass out to the wing, enabling Josh Griffin to finish in the corner.
