Huddersfield v Leeds: Squads Announced

Huddersfield and Leeds have both announced their 21-man squads for Sunday afternoon’s restart fixture at Emerald Headingley Stadium (KO 6:30pm).

The clubs were due to play each other at the John Smith’s Stadium in February, however the game was postponed due to flooding in the ground’s surrounding areas.

Before the Covid-19 suspension both sides had started the season in impressive form, each winning four of their five games and sitting in fifth and third in the Super League table respectively.

Huddersfield Giants

Simon Woolford has an almost fully fit squad to choose from as full-back Ashton Golding looks set to make his Giants debut against his former club. Centre Leroy Cudjoe is also welcomed back to the extended list ahead of the game at Headingley. Jermaine McGillvary was initially named in the 21, but was replaced by Innes Senior on Saturday.
