Albert Kelly has been given the chance to prove himself at Brisbane Broncos this week, with the former halfback named in the Broncos’ starting line-up for Friday’s trial clash with Wynnum Manly Seagulls.
The 29-year-old will be hoping to impress head coach Kevin Walters enough to earn a permanent deal after joining Brisbane on a train-and-trial basis after leaving Hull.
Kelly had made almost 70 appearances for the black-and-whites before deciding to move on at the end of 2020.
