England vs Papua New Guinea: Kick-off Time, Venue, TV Channel and Team News

After Australia booked their place in the semi-finals last night, it’s England and Papua New Guinea’s turn to battle for a place in the final four of the Rugby League World Cup.

The Kumuls will be hoping to replicate the magic of their 2019 win over Great Britain whilst England will be on a mission to get to back to back World Cup Finals.

Here’s everything you need to know about the game.

The game kicks off at 14:30 at Wigan Warriors’ DW stadium.

TV coverage starts at 14;05 on BBC One.

Team News

Shaun Wane has already selected his two wingers for this game leaving out Ryan Hall when naming his 19-man squad. Luke Thompson was also a shock omission. Sam Tomkins, Herbie Farnworth, Kallum Watkins, Elliot Whitehead and Michael McIlorum return. Wane will have to make a big call over whether Marc Sneyd plays.
