Catalans Dragons vs Castleford Tigers: Kick-off time, TV channel and predicted line-ups

The Dragons battle the Tigers in France. Last time out Catalans missed the chance to join Wigan and St Helens at the top of the league whilst the Tigers defeated a young Saints side to keep their good form going.

So, as two teams meet with big ambitions for the rest of 2022, this is a big match especially for the Tigers who are now just a couple of points off the top six.

But can they defeat the Dragons in their own den?

Kick-off time and TV channel

The game kicks off at 19:30 UK time.

There is no TV coverage in the UK but highlights will be available on Super League’s YouTube channel and BBC’s Super League show.

Predicted Line-ups

Catalans Dragons
After the loss of Sam Tomkins, Catalans have been hit by another injury to their spine with Josh Drinkwater dropping out of the side. This could see Arthur Mourgue remain at fullback with Tyrone May moving into the halves. Arthur Romano will replace him at centre.

Castleford Tigers
With Niall Evalds ruled out for an extended period of time, Lee Radford needs to settle on a replacement but now has the perfect candidate back in the fold in the shape of Ryan Hampshire who is yet to feature for the first team since being picked up by Cas earlier this season. He could come in at fullback with one of James Clare and Jason Qareqare on the wing with Greg Eden again unavailable. Danny Richardson is also back after picking up a neck injury. It may be too early to throw him back into the starting line up but we could see him on the bench. However, should Radford be happy to start him, Gareth O’Brien may be in line for the fullback spot.
