Wigan announce Capital Challenge squad

Wigan Warriors have announced their squad for the 2020 Capital Challenge against London Skolars.

Given Liam Farrell’s testimonial is on Sunday, Head Coach Adrian Lam has named a young side to face the League One side.

It is a side that includes Lam’s son Bailey. He has just signed from the Sydney Roosters academy after graduating High School.

The squad also includes Warriors legend Ellery Hanley’s son Umyla. Saints legend Paul Scunthorpe’s son Jake is also included.

Finally, there are places for fringe players Jake Shorrocks, Ethan Havard, and Romain Navarette. New signing Kai Pearce-Paul also makes the cut.

The match takes place on Friday at the Honourable Artillery Stadium, with kick off at 2.15pm.
