Challenge Cup final to be moved in 2022

The Challenge Cup final will be played in May in 2022, Yorkshire Live has reported.

The showpiece event will still take place at Wembley, but the date will be moved forward once more to May after previously being shifted from August Bank Holiday to July.

It comes after this year’s final, between St Helens and Castleford, was played in front of 40,000 fans.

    When in May don’t forget we have 2 bank holidays in May one @ the beginning @at the end of may
