Following the latest round of Betfred Super League fixtures, the Match Review Panel have issued the following sanctions:

Matt Prior (Leeds) – Grade B Tripping – 2 Match Penalty Notice
Albert Vete (Hull KR) – Grade B High Tackle – 2 Match Penalty Notice
Jacob Miller (Wakefield) – Grade B Tripping – 1 Match Penalty Notice
Matty English (Huddersfield) – Grade B Dangerous Contact – 1 Match Penalty Notice
Oliver Wilson (Huddersfield) – Grade A Dangerous Contact – 0 Match Penalty Notice
Liam Kay (Wakefield) – Grade A Dangerous Contact – 0 Match Penalty Notice
Kallum Watkins (Salford) – Grade B Dangerous Contact – 1 Match Penalty Notice

The following player was handed a caution:

Albert Vete (Hull KR) – Dangerous Contact

However, it is interesting to note that there were just two citations from Catalans Dragons’ home game against Castleford Tigers on Friday night.

The Dragons ran out 44-12 winners, but only Catalans’ Arthur Romano and Castleford’s Adam Milner were cited from the whole 80 minutes and neither were banned.

Considering there were eight citations from Wakefield Trinity’s home loss to Huddersfield Giants and then seven as Leeds Rhinos overcame Hull KR, it’s a brilliant achievement.
