Now young Makin will not be named in the 21-man squad Matt Peet will name this week for the game against St Helens in a huge derby clash.

Both St Helens and Wigan Warriors have won four games to start the season. Wigan haven’t lost however having played a game less with their game against Leigh Leopards in Round Two postponed due to Wigan’s World Club Challenge commitments.

The Warriors won that day as well to become World Champions against NRL Champions Penrith Panthers and since the Warriors have cemented themselves as favourites for the Super League title but this game against St Helens will test that especially given the defence Saints have shown at the start of the season.
