Therefore, when South Sydney’s Josh Mansour launched a tirade at a touch judge in the Rabbitohs’ demolition by Penrith at the weekend, referee Grant Atkins did not stand for it.
Atkins firmly put Mansour back in his place, saying “you don’t dare have a go at him, it’s my call; you don’t speak to him like that.”
The Souths winger sheepishly apologised before taking his place back on the wing.
