Warrington Wolves vs Castleford Tigers: 21-man squads, injury news, kick-off time & TV details

Warrington Wolves take on Castleford Tigers this Thursday night at the Halliwell Jones Stadium.

Both clubs will be aiming for a much better game this time around with Warrington going down to the Leeds Rhinos at Headingley last week, 24-18.

Meanwhile, Castleford capitulated away at Huddersfield Giants, conceding five tries in a blistering 18-minute spell at the John Smith’s Stadium.

Injury news

Warrington have included Matty Ashton and Ben Currie despite both getting injured in last week’s narrow loss to Leeds. Captain Jack Hughes, however, will return in a massive boost for the Wolves. Adam Holroyd and Luke Thomas also keep their places after impressing last week. Stefan Ratchford and Thomas Mikaele are also included after missing the loss to Leeds.

Castleford, meanwhile, have a number of injury problems but it remains to be seen if they will have anyone back except Liam Watts, whose ban is now up. Jordan Turner, however, has dropped out of the squad with Nathan Massey potentially returning in a shock inclusion.

The game will kick off at 8pm on Thursday night at the Halliwell Jones Stadium.
