Wane urges people to do the right thing

England Head Coach Shaun Wane has urged people to do the right thing, as we fight to slow the spread of the coronavirus.

Wane recently penned an open letter urging people to pull together. Now, he is telling everyone not to leave home unless it is absolutely necessary.

In a video on rugby-league.com, he said: “Stay indoors unless it is absolutely essential that you need to go out. Because this virus is that dangerous, you don’t need to have symptoms to spread it.

“People are leaving us before their time is up. That’s wrong. So we need to stay in, its as simple as that.

“Make sure you have a focus in your day. Organise it, plan it and make improvements. Get better. That is what you need to make strides to do.

“This will end, but we need to make sure we come through the back end of this. We are better people, better at everything.

“Let’s make sure we do the right thing. Look after everybody and look after the NHS.”
