Toulouse Olympique vs St Helens: 21-man squads, injury news, kick-off time & TV details

The fortunes of both Toulouse Olympique and St Helens couldn’t be more different heading into round six.

Whilst the French side don’t have any points on the board in the 2022 Super League season yet, St Helens are unbeaten with five wins from five games.

Of course then, Saints are top whilst Toulouse sit in bottom. However, Saints have been hit by four injuries to main men heading into this one.

Injury news

Toulouse are without numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4 whilst loan signing Ellis Robson misses out with suspension. Saints will be without Alex Walmsley, Sione Mata’utia and Joe Batchelor with all three suffering injuries from last week’s win over Warrington Wolves. Head coach Kristian Woolf will do a late fitness check on Jack Welsby. Will Hopoate has also picked up a small knock in training this week so he isn’t risked, whilst James Bell is the other to drop out. They are replaced by the returning Konrad Hurrell who has served his one game suspension, Dan Norman who has impressed on duel-registration with Leigh Centurions, Jake Wingfield, Sam Royle and Lewis Baxter.

The game will kick off at 5pm on Saturday night.
