The only six Super League players to score 100 tries and 300 goals

Only six Super League players have ever managed to score both 100 tries as well as notch 300 goals.

This alone would equate to 1000 Super League points and many have gone well beyond this.

Here are the only six players to do so:

Sean Long – 132 tries and 827 goals
In 2005, Sean Long became the first player in Super League history to score 100 tries and notch 300 goals. The St Helens star was never shy from scoring a major try in a big game but was equally reliable with the boot.

Paul Sculthorpe – 100 tries and 356 goals
Then his teammate Paul Sculthorpe became the second man to do it in his final season in 2008. His final Super League try was his 100th and ensured he joined this exclusive club. As he was reliable in stepping into the halves, Sculthorpe could be trusted to kick goals.

Lee Briers – 130 tries and 823
The next man to accomplish this accolade was Warrington Wolves legend Lee Briers who also spent time with St Helens. He scored an impressive tally of tries for an organiser. He reached this milestone in 2010.

Pat Richards – 155 tries and 828 goals
One of the fastest players to reach this accolade, Richards reached this milestone after five years in Super League achieving it in 2011 having joined Wigan Warriors in 2006. He went on to join Catalans Dragons later in his career.

Danny Orr – 107 tries and 413 goals
Also in 2011, Danny Orr followed suit during his second stint at Castleford Tigers. He started his career there before joining Wigan Warriors and a spell with London Broncos.

Stefan Ratchford – 101 tries and 483 goals
Last season former Salford Red Devils man and Warrington Wolves veteran Stefan Ratchford became the latest player to achieve this impressive milestone.
