Sydney Roosters fans plan to hijack Viking Clap

The Canberra Raiders’ biggest Viking Clap could be set for a rude interruption on Sunday night before the NRL Grand Final.

Online Roosters fans have come together and have created a plan to interrupt the famed Viking Clap.

The plan is to chant “Easts” in-between each clap as a way to lessen the hype and atmosphere of the occasion, and to let everyone know that the Roosters fans are there too.

This chant may actually be greatly beneficial to the Roosters.

The Viking Clap has always been a great way to hype the Raiders up for big games and get them in the zone before heading out to the field.

This interruption will undoubtedly take away from the Raiders’ hype, whilst also encouraging the Roosters to get into the zone before the big game.
