Inglis 16/1 to be 2021 Man of Steel

Betting firm Sporting Index have come up with a few special bets on Greg Inglis for 2021 as it has been announced today he has signed for Warrington.

Despite retiring last season after persistent shoulder and knee injuries, he feels he can do at least a year in Super League.

There is no doubt the 33-year-old is a superstar in the sport, having won just about every trophy on offer to him but there has to be a doubt with him coming out of retirement.

There has though been a lot of excitement from Wire fans in particular as we look forward to seeing an all-time great in Super League alongside the likes of Sonny Bill Williams and James Maloney.

Sporting Index have him at 2/1 to make next year’s dream team, but competition will be tough at centre. If you fancy him to be amongst the tries it’s 20/1 that he is Super League’s top tryscorer and 2/1 that he scores most tries for Warrington.

On top of this, they also offer 16/1 for him to be crowned Steve Prescott Man of Steel, the last two winners have been from down under, although Jackson Hastings has switched his allegiance to England.
