Salford Red Devils have donated new post protectors and tackle pads to community side Salford City Roosters.
That comes following an under-16s match whereby shortly after, someone broke into the Roosters’ equipment shed and set fire to it.
It is the second time a fortnight that this has happened.

But the Red Devils have stepped in to help their city neighbours, sending four post protectors and 12 tackle bags to the Roosters.
