Bradford Bulls’ clash with Huddersfield Giants on Sunday forced to move to different stadium

As a result of the adverse weather conditions, Bradford Bulls and Huddersfield Giants have this evening announced that the clash between the two will now be played at Dewsbury’s FLAIR Stadium on Sunday 22nd January (2:00pm kick off).

Extensive efforts were made to ensure our Odsal Stadium pitch would be playable – however with the recent temperatures, and those forecast for the whole of Saturday and Sunday morning, it has been deemed unsuitable to host the fixture.

The Bradford Bulls have thanked Dewsbury Rams for accommodating them at short notice and to Huddersfield Giants for agreeing to the change to ensure the match can be played.

All tickets purchased for the original Odsal Stadium fixture will be valid at the FLAIR Stadium, those wishing to receive a refund can email info@bradfordbulls.co.uk, where a member of the team will be in touch to process the refund from Tuesday morning.

Those who have booked hospitality for the clash will be contacted directly by the club.

The Bulls defeated Dewsbury only last week with debutant and former Leeds Rhinos star Jack Walker scoring a superb try.

Walker could come up against his former club next weekend as the Bulls take on Leeds at Headingley stadium.

The Rhinos will be in action tomorrow against Leigh Leopards.
