Wigan Warriors youngster Joseph Shorrocks has been given a five-match-ban for Dangerous Contact.
Shorrocks pleaded guilty to the offence, which happened during the Warriors’ reserve match at Widnes Vikings at the DCBL Stadium.
As well as the ban, Shorrocks must also pay a £50 fine.
Also, Hunslet forward Zachary Johnson has been given a six-match-ban after being charged with a Dangerous Throw.
This relates to their friendly match against Leeds Rhinos on 31st January.
He pleaded guilty to the offence, but challenged the grading. This was rejected by the panel and he was handed the six-match ban and was also handed a £75 fine.
