Wigan Warriors reportedly make “lucrative offer” for Super League star

Recruitment is well underway for the 2024 Super League season.

Some clubs have announced signings and retentions for next year whilst other clubs are busy working on their next big signing.

Wigan Warriors have made some big moves this week ahead of 2024.

On Sunday they announced the signing of former Leeds Rhinos and Huddersfield Giants hooker Kruise Leeming who was widely believed to be headed to Catalans Dragons.

Speaking of the Dragons, the Warriors signed Tiaki Chan from Catalans on Monday.

Thus came after the Warriors announced the signing of Leeds Rhinos star Sam Walters,

But the Warriors aren’t done there with the Cherry and Whites reportedly offering “a lucrative deal” to Catalans star Adam Keighran according to L’Independent.

Keighran has been a stand out signing for the Dragons in 2023.

The Warriors have also considered other options in this area as well.

According to The Mole of Wide World of Sports, the Warriors are interested in Dolphins centre Brenko Lee.

The Tongan international and Queensland representative joined the NRL’s newest club for their inaugural season and according to the Notorious Mole, the club risk losing him to Wigan Warriors.

The 27-year-old could receive a long term deal at the DW Stadium according to the Mole.

The Warriors are interested in Lee because current centre Toby King is reportedly set to return to parent club Warrington Wolves in 2024.

King has been brilliant for the Cherry and Whites on loan from the the Wire even helping dump Warrington out of the cup.
