TEN NRL stars including Corey Oates and Josh Mansour linked with Super League moves

It’s not quite yet silly season in terms of Super League recruitment, but names get thrown about here, there and everywhere about potential signings going forward.

The May 1 deadline has passed as clubs get a better idea of who will be at their respective sides in 2023, with recruitment and retention the name of the game for the next few months as head coaches try their best to shape a squad they want.

With a number of overseas stars also coming off contract, there is a chance to bring in new blood from overseas.

And, the Daily Telegraph is reporting that TEN NRL stars could make their way to the Super League for 2023 and beyond.

Those names include: Brandon Wakeham, Ryan James, Corey Oates, Billy Tsikrikas, Kevin Proctor, Jarrod Wallace, Sauaso Sue, Josh Mansour, Mitch Rein and Josh McGuire.

There is a hell of a lot of talent included there with the likes of livewire playmaker Brandon Wakeham a player that would fit right in with the Super League game whilst those such as Kevin Proctor and Jarrod Wallace would be big fan favourites.

Legendary Australian agent, Sam Ayoub, declared that one deal has already been done with a Super League side.

Ayoub revealed one of his clients was close to doing an English Super League deal.

“We potentially got a deal done there last weekend with one of our players,” Ayoub said.

“I think you will find most of the Australian agents were up in Brisbane getting business done too.”
