Super League target makes surprising switch

Matt Dufty will not be joining St Helens in 2022.

That’s because the the livewire fullback will be a Canterbury Bulldog from next season, with the club confirming so on Twitter.

St Helens had been linked with Dufty after learning that Lachlan Coote had turned down an extended contract at the club, but it appears as though the St George Illawarra star was determined to stay in the NRL.
