St Helens’ participation in the World Club Challenge against Penrith Panthers in Australia on 18th February was confirmed last night.
The game will kick off at 7am UK time and be shown on Channel 4.
However, that will only be Saints’ second game in Australia. Their first fixture, which sees them take on St George Illawarra Dragons on Saturday 11th February at WIN Stadium has also been confirmed.
According to Fox League there will be huge cash incentives as part of this “Pre-season Challenge” but the details of which haven’t been confirmed as of yet.
Both St Helens’ games will be shown on Fox League in Australia, it is unclear if their game against St George will be available to watch in the UK.
