Sean Long names star-studded squad for Featherstone Rovers’ clash with Castleford Tigers including yesterday’s signing

Featherstone Rovers coach Sean Long has named a strong squad to face Castleford Tigers at The Millennium Stadium on New Year’s Eve this Saturday.

A number of new faces will be on display with five players expected to make their debuts in the blue & white – including trialist Jake Roberts who has been handed a trial period through the Rovers’ 2023 pre-season.

An impressive debut from Roberts could secure a dream move.

Former Catalans Dragons Mathieu Cozza is also set to featured as is Warrington Wolves loanee Riley Dean who will likely start in the halves.

Ex-Wigan Warriors centre and Toulouse Olympique star Chris Hankinson is also set to feature.

Star man Joey Leilua is named after he turned down a move to Catalans Dragons.
