Salford v Wakefield: 21-man squads and injury update

Salford and Wakefield have both announced their 21-man squads for Thursday night’s round 12 fixture at the AJ Bell Stadium (KO 7:30pm).

The Red Devils couldn’t make it back-to-back wins at the weekend, losing 38-12 in a fiery clash with Leeds that saw two red and three yellow cards during the course of the afternoon.

Trinity, meanwhile, got back to winning ways with an impressive victory over Wigan, meaning they have now won four of their last six games.

Salford Red Devils

New loan signing Ellis Robson is one of four changes made by Richard Marshall, with Greg Burke, Krisnan Inu and Connor Aspey also recalled. They replace the suspended Lee Mossop, Joe Burgess and Jack Wells, while Darcy Lussick also drops out. There’s still no Kallum Watkins (knee), Kevin Brown (lower limb), Sebastine Ikahihifo, Dan Sarginson, James Greenwood or Ata Hingano,

Wakefield Trinity

Chris Chester makes two changes, with Reece Lyne and Kelepi Tanginoa returning after featuring in last Friday’s international game. They replace Tom Johnstone (knee) and Jordy Crowther (leg) who drop out through injury. Bill Tupou (knee), Jack Croft (ACL), Alex Walker (back) and Josh Wood (jaw) are still unavailable.
