NRL livewire offered to Super League with one club in pole position

Rugby League mistake

The St George Illawarra Dragons star will not be at the club beyond this season and has reportedly been offered to Super League clubs.

One of those is said to be St Helens who look to be losing Lachlan Coote, according to the patreon.com.

The 25-year-old has played just under 80 games for the Dragons, but was told he was surplus to requirements early on in the season. Canberra are also said to be monitoring the situation.

Dufty’s preference is stay in the NRL, but with many clubs finding ways to offload stars due to the salary cap, a move to the UK could beckon.
