A London Broncos player was taken to hospital following a sickening clash in their fixture against Workington Town today.
That player was Will Lovell, with time paused for a long time as both sets of supporters looked worryingly on.
The game was broadcast on Premier Sports with commentators paying tribute to Lovell as he was taken to hospital.
Applause from the @WorkingtonTown crowd for LOVELL as he is driven away to hospital by ambulance.
And the second-half is underway here at Derwent Park and it is the start of an absolutely huge 40 minutes in Broncos' season. Come on lads – let's win this for Will!
