Leeds Rhinos legend Rob Burrow has had his say on tonight’s clash between Hull KR and Wigan Warriors, live on Sky Sports.
Burrow is getting ready to watch Hull KR do battle against the Wigan Warriors in one what is expected to be a rip-roaring, entertaining affair.
And, he couldn’t hide his joy.
Burrow tweeted: “Looking forward to game tonight. Should be a great crowd with the advancements from Tony and his boys. I’m excited to see Wigan under Matty Peet and the boss back. Should be a great battle. May the best team win.”
Hull KR beat Wigan twice in 2021 and can certainly inflict another defeat on the Cherry and Whites after adding the likes of Lachlan Coote and Sam Wood from Super League clubs.
The atmosphere at Craven Park is likely to be electric as Rovers prepare for their first home game of the season, but they will be without Luis Johnson.
Wigan, meanwhile, will be handing debuts to Cade Cust, Patrick Mago and Kaide Ellis as they aim to improve on their fourth-placed finish in 2021.
