Jake Connor has been awarded Hull FC’s Player of the Month award, while Cameron Scott has picked up the Try of the Month award for his second effort against Salford Red Devils.
Connor picked up the award with 46% of the vote, beating off competition from fellow nominees Joe Lovodua, Darnell McIntosh, and Josh Griffin.
He was presented with his award by KayGee Engineering’s company director Mark Jackson.
Meanwhile, Scott claimed his award with 54% of the vote, defeating Joe Lovodua (vs Wakefield), Jordan Lane (vs Salford), and Luke Gale (vs Wakefield).
Connor has recently been in great form, registering eight assists in the past two games against Salford and Castleford Tigers.
But, that wasn’t enough to convince England head coach Shaun Wane to include him in his 30-man England training squad.
