Castleford star expresses desire to stay at club

Jesse Sene-Lefao has racked up 100 games in a Castleford shirt, but he doesn’t want to stop there.

The Samoan joined the Tigers ahead of the 2017 season and instantly became a big hit at the Jungle with his infectious smile and style bringing the house down.

Since then, Sene-Lefao has entrenched himself as an incredibly important player for the Tigers and spoke to the Castleford club website about his desire to play “a hundred more”, thanking the fans in the process.

“Thank you for your support so far, you are awesome,” Sene-Lefao said.

“Thank you to all of you who have reached out when I have been down and when I’ve been up.

“A hundred games means a lot and it’s one hundred for you as well and I hope there is a hundred more to come.”

Sene-Lefao is out of contract at the end of 2021 and has yet to sign a new deal.
