The Super League have announced a new weekly TV Show and documentary series, which will air on Sky Sports.
The TV show, which will be called Inside Super League, will be presented by broadcaster Will Perry and ex-ladies player Lois Forsell.
It will be made by The City Talking, who are also responsible for As Good As It Gets, the documentary on Leeds Rhinos’ 2015 treble-winning season.
It will be broadcasted every Wednesday, throughout the 2020 season until the Grand Final.
The City Talking founder Lee Hicken, who is also Super League’s creative director, said: “This is going to be a big twelve months for Super League content.
“We have made great strides over the past year and we are delighted that we have the opportunity to make a show that is fresh and targets a new audience.
“We are also delighted that Sky Sports have chosen to back it.”
Also, a documentary series called We Play League, which will be an access-all-areas piece. It will comprise of four parts and will also be released on Sky Sports next week.
Hicken added: “You have never seen Super League like this before.
“We are so pleased with how it has turned out and when people watch I think they will be amazed at some of the stories we’ve been able to tell.”
