Huddersfield Giants will now face Warrington Wolves in Friday’s opening match at the Totally Wicked Stadium.
The Giants were due to face Castleford Tigers, but that was cancelled due to positive cases at the Tigers.
Meanwhile, Warrington were due to play Salford, but the Red Devils did not have enough players to fulfil the fixture.
The match was due to be a Round 21 fixture, but has been brought forward due to the cancellations.
Kick off will be at 5.30pm, and the match will be live on Sky Sports.
