Hull KR have already pulled off some amazing signings ahead of the 2024 season.
They have added Oliver Gildart and Peta Hiku for 2024 and there have been reports of a move for Castleford Tigers star Niall Evalds.
The fullback moved to the Jungle from Salford Red Devils after being a great try scorer at Salford prior to struggling with injuries since moving to West Yorkshire.
It has been reported that the Robins want to sign the fullback as a winger.
Willie Peters has confirmed the interest in him.
“Yeah, so we definitely have interest in Niall, that’s for sure. So nothing’s been done as yet. But, yeah, we’re looking to strengthen for next year, obviously,” Peters said.
“Niall can play on the wing as well. I think during this period, one thing I do know is you need to have strong depth in your spine so it doesn’t matter who’s playing, number one, that you’ve got a genuine option as a backup as well to play in your full-backs and your hookers.
“At the moment, we’ve obviously got two nines. We need to keep developing a third one. Next year, Peta Hiku is to come to the club. Obviously, we’re looking at him at full-back but he can play certain positions and that was the reason to get him. So he can play wing, he can play centre, he can play 5-8.
“And then we are looking at another option so whether that is Niall who can play full-back extremely well. So the key is to strengthen and get more speed in and around those sort of areas if we can. Oliver Gildart as well, that’s the reason why we brought him as well.
