It came from Stuart Pearce who recently spoke to the England rugby league squad himself a former English international in football.

When Cameroonian player Vincent Aboubakar tried to stop a rampaging Gabriel Martinelli of Arsenal, he was forced to foul the attacker and almost rugby tackled him in his desperation.
The moment prompted Pearce to name drop his “friends” at Warrington stating they “vitally” need a new prop and joking that the Cameroonian star would fit the bill.
“I promised my friends at Warrington Wolves that I’d try to get them a new big prop forward which we vitally need,” he said.
Aboukar would prove to be the hero as he scored the winning goal in one of the biggest upsets in world football.
However he was then sent off for his celebration taking off his shirt yielding a yellow card taking him to a red after his rugby tackle on Martinelli.
