Last night, Leeds came up with an impressive victory over Hull KR to secure fifth place and leave the Robins facing a trip to Warrington next week. The Rhinos were sharp in attack and resilient in defence and were truly impressive on the night. That was my take anyway, but what was yours? How did social media react to last night’s game?
Some Rhinos fans took plenty of positives from the game and believe Leeds could beat Wigan next week and take another step towards Old Trafford.
Next week will be very interesting for sure. Weβve been to Wigan and beat them this season, we can do it again. Tonight we looked very clinical at points.

On the other side of things, Hull KR fans weren’t totally consumed by doom and gloom. In fact, some were rather pleased by Mikey Lewis’ performance.

Even Leeds fans were impressed by the young stand-off.
Mikey Lewis, absolute class that kid. π

That said, some Rovers fans were of the opinion that Lewis, Shaun Kenny-Dowall and Luis Johnson were the only players who could journey back to Hull proud of themselves.
Mikey Lewis, SKD and Luis Johnson literally the only players coming out of tonight's game with any credit for me. So glad we are putting in this performance tonight and not next week. #HullKR

Whilst Hull KR fans were disappointed by their players, Leeds fans were pleased with virtually all of theirs including captain Matt Prior.
I love Matt Prior. There, I've said it. @Lot_17a @loinersview @HarrySt2210

Alongside him in the pack, Tom Holroyd also starred as he grabbed a brilliant try.
A big game last night for the big lad @tomholroyd_ smashing it! π#TommyTank

He wasn’t the only one who crossed for an impressive try. Ash Handley produced a superb finish in the corner for Leeds’ last try.

Leeds’ departing stars were also impressive. Rob Lui came up with a brilliant opening try whilst Konrad Hurrell produced a real impact off the bench. Leeds fans were certainly impressed but were sorry to see them go.
