Woolf looking forward to Giants clash

St Helens Head Coach Kristian Woolf has said he is looking forward to their clash with Huddersfield Giants on Friday.

The Giants were the last unbeaten side left in the Super League, until their 42-10 defeat against Wigan Warriors last Sunday.

The champions are coming into the match in decent form themselves, having won their last two Super League matches away from home.

The match will see Woolf reunited with forward James Gavet. The pair were both at Newcastle Knights last season. Tongan international Ukuma Ta’ai could also feature.

He said: “They are travelling well, they have a number of players that I am familiar with.

“They have a nice, big physical pack that we are going to have to be physical with too.

“On a short turnaround, we will certainly be looking forward to this one.”
