Promising Wigan forward Samy Kibula is set to leave the club at the end of the season to join Warrington, report Wigan Today.
The 6ft 4in back rower or prop made his debut for the Warriors last season but hasn’t featured since and is currently out of contract.
Instead, he’s played for Swinton, Dewsbury and London Skolars on loan and dual-registration deals but has failed to break back into the Warriors first team picture.
Adriam Lam has utilised the likes of Liam Farrell, Joe Greenwood, Willie Isa and Morgan Smithies in the second row this season, while youngsters Joe Shorrocks and Jack Wells have also featured.
Wigan are also expected to sign London Broncos youngster Kai Pearce-Paul for next season, which would push Kibula even further down the pecking order.
At 20 years-of-age, Kibula is still a huge prospect and is now set to continue carving out his Super League career under the guidance of Steve Price.
