Wigan Warriors vs Catalans Dragons: Kick-off time, TV channel and predicted line-ups

In what could be a dress rehearsal for an eventual semi-final, Wigan again conclude the season against Catalans as they did last year hoping for a similar result as they build momentum for the semi-finals.

Some of the gloss has been taken off the fixture by Catalans taking the same approach Wigan took against Hull KR and naming a rested and young team.

This won’t stop Wigan from looking to build nicely into knockout rugby.

Kick-off time and TV channel

The game kicks off at 20:00.

TV coverage starts at 19:30 on Sky Sports Arena.

Wigan Warriors
Wigan have the chance to bring back their strongest side after last week’s defeat to Hull KR. Of course, anyone with a slight niggle won’t be included with play-offs waiting. The team named by Matt Peet will shed some light on how he intends to line up in the play-offs and where Thomas Leuluai figures in this after his return. It will also show us how Peet intends to replace Liam Farrell moving forward and his solution to Wigan’s centre conundrum.

Catalans Dragons
With Catalans possibly naming 12 potential debutants in the squad, it’s very possible we could see a team with some of the highest squad numbers in Super League history with the likes of 45 set to feature for the French side. Josh Drinkwater, Benjamin Jullien, Arthur Romano, Corentin Le Cam, Mathieu Cozza and Tiaki Chan will bring some experience.
