Wigan Warriors have a gem on their hands with Bevan French.
One of the most electric players in Super League, French has lit up the UK competition since his arrival onto the scene back in 2019.
However, with French out of contract at the end of the year, there are question marks over where his future may lie beyond 2022.
One such report from Rugby League Hub earlier on today claimed that French is being targeted by Brett Hodgson at Hull FC.
However, Hull Live has reported that isn’t the case and has been rejected by both Wigan and FC, with Hull talisman Jake Connor expected to be Hodgson’s number one for the foreseeable future.
Meanwhile, the Black and Whites themselves have a number of players out of contract at the end of this year with Jordan Johnstone, Cameron Scott, Danny Houghton, Jamie Shaul, Connor Wynne, Josh Bowden, Josh Reynolds, Manu Ma’u, Mitieli Vulikijapani, Joe Lovodua and Luke Gale all without a club for 2023.
