Wigan v Catalans: Squads Announced

Wigan and Catalans have both announced their 21-man squads for Thursday evening’s Super League fixture at the Halliwell Jones Stadium (KO 5:30pm).

It was the Warriors who came out on top last time the two sides played, winning 28-12 in Perpignan.

The Dragons, however, are now arguably Super League’s form team, having inflicted heavy defeats on Leeds, Wakefield and Hull KR in their last three games, scoring 98 points in total.

Wigan Warriors

Experienced front rower Tony Clubb returns for the first time since March after recovering from a neck injury, while Ben Flower is also back. They replace youngsters Harry Rushton and James McDonnell.

Catalans Dragons

Samisoni Langi and Remi Casty are both out after picking up injuries against Hull KR last week. Langi has torn his hamstring and will be out for four weeks, while Casty has sprained a joint in his shoulder. They are replaced by Matt Whitley and Arthur Romano.
