Wigan announce Salford friendly

Wigan Warriors will face Salford Red Devils in a pre-season friendly at the AJ Bell Stadium on Sunday 14th March (4pm kick-off), live on Wigan TV.  

The Cherry and Whites will travel to Salford and take to the field for the first time in 2021 as the clock ticks down to the start of the new Betfred Super League season.

Wigan TV – Wigan Warriors’ on demand online video service – will be there to cover all the action and subscribers will be able to watch the game live with commentary from the familiar voices of Joe Mills and Andrew Rimmer.

The match will also be available to watch on OuRLeague for season ticket holders of Salford.

The last time the pair faced off at the AJ Bell Stadium, Salford won 18-14 in both teams final match before the first lockdown.
