The new year is just days away and with it will come a new Super League season just seven weeks into the beginning of the latest chapter of human history.
A new year is a time when everyone looks to make a new start and make a change as they begin a new year.
This is why we get New Year’s Resolutions every year from so many people.
This desire for a new start shouldn’t be restricted to people though and could very well apply to Super League clubs.
So, what should Warrington Wolves resolution be going into 2023?
After a difficult 2022 season, 2023 simply has to be different but it is difficult to determine what they can achieve next year.
They have so many star players in their side already and have added to their pack with the likes of Gil Dudson, Sam Kasiano, Paul Vaughan and 2017 Rugby League World Cup winner Josh McGuire.
Is this enough to make Warrington title contenders once again in 2023.
The aim for the Wolves should at least to return to the play-offs after missing out on them for the first time since 2017 last season.
Ultimately they must at least make sure 2023 is not a repeat of last year and that they are not in a relegation scrap at all.
