The following player was handed a caution:

Joe Martin (Halifax Panthers) – Other Contrary Behaviour

Of course, what stands out most – apart from the Grade E Gouging charge against Bradford’s Dec Patton – is the Grade D punching offers for Leigh’s Nene MacDonald and Featherstone’s Tyla Hepi.

The incident was started when Hepi stood on MacDonald’s hand which too has been cited as Grade A Stands On Intentional, but that carried with it a zero match penalty notice.

However, both Hepi and MacDonald could face five-match bans if found guilty at the Tribunal which will take place tomorrow night.

Of course, the incident did do the rounds at the time given that it was broadcast live on Premier Sports at the Summer Bash.
